ARCADIA MONO PINOT GRIS ROSÉ
A Provence style rosé with a light pink colour and a lively, fruity nose. Peach, tropical fruits and strawberries on the nose are followed by peach, nectarine and pear on the palate.
Arcadia Winery
In mythology, Arcadia means ‘Heaven on Earth’ and their approach to viticulture is suitably light touch, sustainable and environmentally sensitive. Combining modern means with traditional methods, the winery is designed to use gravity flow and minimise pumping. All wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered and made with minimum manipulation.
- Location: Located in the countryside of Kırklareli, in the valley stretching below Strandja Mountains, in Northern Thrace, near Bulgaria in northwest Turkey.
- History & Ownership: Founded by father and daughter, Özcan Arca and Zeynep Arca in 2004.

- Sustainability: They specialize in sustainable tourism and lifestyle alternatives.
- Wines: They produce unmanipulated terroir wines, including white, rosé, red, sparkling, and noble rot sweet wines, all estate-bottled.
- Harvest: The grapes are harvested with scissors, not a knife, to preserve their flavor and prevent juice flow.
- Name Origin: The name comes from the local history (Arcadiapolis, the old name of Lüleburgaz) and mythological meaning (a garden of unique beauty resembling paradise on earth).
- Grapes: They grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Sangiovese, Pinot Gris, Öküzgözü, and Narince.
- Other Activities: They are developing a boutique hotel and restaurant for visiting wine lovers.
