Arcadia ‘333’ Late Harvest Botrytis
The sweetest of the Arcadia wines 333 Late Harvest Botrytis is the only botrytis wine made in Turkey! Notes of bruised apple, cinnamon, and sweet candied fruits. Good fruit intensity and flavour.
Produced with Sauvignon Blanc grapes infected with the Botrytis Cinarea “Noble rot” and harvested very late in the season for maximum sugar maturity. Skim contact in 19 hectolitres tanks than the whole cluster pressing. Fermented at 13 – 15 degrees. The wine underwent gentle cross-flow filtration. Natural sedimentation. No fining agent or enzymes were used.

- Name Origin: The name comes from the local history (Arcadiapolis, the old name of Lüleburgaz) and mythological meaning (a garden of unique beauty resembling paradise on earth).
