Grown on a vareity of soil types – gravels which provide tropical flavours, clay loams produce citrus notes, and deep silty soils lift the aromatic quality. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the natural fruit characters. A portion of Semillon has been used in the final blend for additional complexity and palate weight.
The Cellar Selection Sauvignon Blanc has really pungent, tangy grapefruit aromas with a zingy finish and impeccable balance.
