Anatolia Turkish delight gin is an enchanting infusion with the essence of the East and the spirit of the West. Anatolia Gin Created by Ugur Kayan known as Eric in the hospitality industry of Manchester city centre Eric has been working almost 30 years in various bars and restaurants mainly wine focus venues. Back in 2016 he dreamt of creating Anatolia gin. He was inspired by rose Turkish Delight from his own homeland. He named it in homage to Anatolia, as Turkish delight was invented in the eastern province of Anatolia in 1777 at the time of the Ottoman empire. This was the crossroads of Ancient of Ancient civilisation and trade routes. Production of this ottoman inspired treat is a boutique art!
