Doluca Sarafin Merlot /Cabernet Franc Rose 

This dry rosé wine is produced from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Hand harvested. Only free run juice fermented under low temperatures with selected yeast in order to reflect varietals characteristics to their maximum.

The aromas are rich: intense strawberries lie in a sheaf of hay. Palate is sweet and friendly. The vivacious fruit flavours (watermelon, strawberry) come to play a definite role, giving intense and voluptuous sensations to this premium rosé.
