VINOLUS NARINCE
This white wine is pale lemon. The nose is pronounced with fresh fruits such as peach, pear and apple and subtle oak aromas from the barriques. On the palate it is dry, with flavours of apple, lemon, pineapple and has a great structure. This is delicious elegant full body wine with a nice long finish.
The native “Narince” grapes are estate grown in their vineyard with a soil of volcanic sandy and clay. The grapes were hand harvested on 18th August 2018 in boxes of 20 kg. After selection of berries and segregation of MOG, the berries were gently destemmed, crushed and pressed. The grapes underwent a cold maceration process to extract aromas rooted to the skin. After fermentation in temperature controlled tanks and batonnoge in French oak, the wine was matured for 9 months.
